Today I am blogging over at Calm Healthy Sexy. Gaye writes a lot about how good nutrition and exercise impact all areas of our life. Our work, our marriage, our family………. Her writing has encouraged me to begin running. The last time I ran seriously, I was a single woman without any children. I am now married and have 4 children and have found it difficult to work in exercise to my already full schedule. Come on! Have you seen everything I am Juggling? Because of my much improved nutrition, I feel so much better and have decided to make exercise a priority. Gaye has encouraged me to make MY health a priority for my family. If I am not running in tip top shape, then neither is my family. I’ll keep you posted on my progress.
Gaye asked that I share some tips on good nutrition with her readers. She and I talked and we agreed we did not want to be negative in any way. Rather than talking about what you can not eat on a Real Food diet, we decided to start with what you CAN eat. For some of you, this will answer a lot of questions you may have. For others, it is a nice refresher of what our Real Food diet is.
