Bell Pepper and Mushroom Flatbread Pizza
  • Naan Flatbread (whole wheat is preferred)
  • Pizza Sauce
  • Sliced Bell Peppers
  • Sliced Mushrooms
  • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  1. Preheat oven to 350* F
  2. Place flatbread on baking sheet or pizza stone.
  3. Spread pizza sauce over the flatbread to your taste.
  4. Add enough mozzarella cheese to cover flatbread.
  5. Add peppers and mushrooms .
  6. Bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Remove when cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Handle carefully as the cheese will be very hot.
  9. Cut with a pizza cutter into 4-6 pieces.
