2 Cups Rolled Oats ½ Cup Shredded Coconut 2 Bananas Smashed 2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil (Melted) 2 Tablespoons Real Maple Syrup 2 Tablespoons Milk ¾ Cup Cherries (Pitted and Quartered) ½ Teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
Ingredients
2 Cups Rolled Oats
½ Cup Shredded Coconut
2 Bananas (Smashed)
2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil (Melted)
2 Tablespoons Real Maple Syrup
2 Tablespoons Milk
¾ Cup Cherries (Pitted and Quartered)
½ Teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350*
Mix all dry ingredients.
In separate bowl mix wet ingredients.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients.
Carefully fold cherries into mixture.
Using a large spoon or scoop, place mixture into a greased muffin tin.
Lightly pack the mixture into the muffin tin so it holds together better.
Bake for 20 – 25 minutes.
Baked oatmeal will be slightly brown on top.
