Chocolate Energy Bites - Juggling Real Food and Real Life

  • 2 Cups Rolled Oats
  • ½ Cup Slivered Almonds
  • ¼ Cup Ground Flax Seeds
  • 1 Cup Shredded Coconut
  • 3 TBSP Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Cup Peanut Butter (or other nut butter)
  • ½ Cup Honey
  • ½ Cup Melted Coconut Oil
  1. Place Dry Ingredients into your food processor.
  2. Add wet ingredients to food processor.
  3. Mix until well blended.'s that easy.
  4. Form into balls and place on a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper. Makes about 20 - 25 balls.
  5. Chill to set the energy bites. About ½ hour.
  6. Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator. They will last about a week. If you can make them last that long.
