Chocolate Energy Bites - Juggling Real Food and Real Life

- 2 Cups Rolled Oats
- ½ Cup Slivered Almonds
- ¼ Cup Ground Flax Seeds
- 1 Cup Shredded Coconut
- 3 TBSP Cocoa Powder
- 1 Cup Peanut Butter (or other nut butter)
- ½ Cup Honey
- ½ Cup Melted Coconut Oil
- Place Dry Ingredients into your food processor.
- Add wet ingredients to food processor.
- Mix until well blended. Really..........it's that easy.
- Form into balls and place on a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper. Makes about 20 - 25 balls.
- Chill to set the energy bites. About ½ hour.
- Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator. They will last about a week. If you can make them last that long.
