Cave Tools Inside Out Cheeseburgers

  • 4 ounces Cheddar Cheese (cut into small chunks)

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

  • Whole Wheat Hamburger Buns
  1. Mix beef, seasoning, cheddar cheese, salt and pepper in a bowl.
