Warm up your home with easy crockpot baked apples! This simple recipe is perfect for busy moms and dads, makes the house smell amazing, and tastes delicious with ice cream, whipped cream, yogurt, or granola. A cozy fall treat the whole family will love!

Ingredients

  • 6 apples
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
  • 1 stick of butter

Instructions

  1. For best results, use an all-in-one apple peeler, spiral slicer, corer tool on each apple. Otherwise, peel and core your apples.
  2. Place in crockpot in a single level.
  3. Cut stick of butter in half and then cut each half into 4 sticks.
  4. Place each stick of butter into the middle of the apple. Cut up the last two and place around the bottom of the crockpot.
  5. Pour honey over each apple.
  6. Sprinkle Pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon over the apples.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.

Notes

  • All in one apple peeler, corer, slicer tool which I found at Amazon really takes these up to the next level and makes it easy to prep. Amazon
  • Adjust cook time as needed for your crockpot. Apples should be soft but still hold their shape.
