I believe that part of raising kids needs to include food education. How are our children going to make informed food decisions when we stop feeding them, if they don’t have the information to make those decisions? I also think that it is great fun to include Kids in the Kitchen. Sure, they can make a mess, but they can also be innovative and helpful. The first recipe that I will post here shortly is a recipe that Lil M helped me to develop. We started with a basic recipe, made a few Real Food changes and then she told me what she liked and what she didn’t like. She is the reason that our Pumpkin Spice Muffins have raisins in them.
