Real food made simple. Family life made joyful.
Welcome
Hi, I’m Christina Wiley — wife, mom of four, proud grandmother, and lifelong party planner.
I’ve always loved turning everyday moments into celebrations for my kids — from birthday parties to simple weeknight dinners that felt special. As a busy sports mom, I spent years running between practices, games, and school events, always trying to keep my young athletes fueled with healthy food so they could feel and perform their best.
When I started Juggling Real Food and Real Life, my goal was to prove that even in the busiest seasons, healthy eating doesn’t have to be overwhelming. Over time, I’ve learned how to swap out processed foods for nourishing, real ingredients — without giving up fun, flavor, or the joy of celebrating life’s big and small moments.
Today, I’m here to share those lessons with you, so you can spend less time stressing in the kitchen and more time making memories with your family.
My Story & Mission
I know what it’s like to juggle school drop-offs, sports schedules, work deadlines, and family traditions. In those hectic moments, convenience foods can feel like the only option. But I wanted more for my family — and I bet you do too.
That’s why I began focusing on real food: simple meals made with whole ingredients. My kitchen became less about stress and more about connection, energy, and joy.
Now, as a grandmother, I’m embracing a new season — passing down food traditions, celebrating everyday wins, and showing that no matter your stage in life, real food and real celebrations are always possible.
