Holiday Guest Post at CalmHealthySexy – Juggling Real Food and Real Life

Have I got a treat for you this week.  Gaye from CalmHealthySexy and I have teamed up to help you get through the holidays.  I have a guest post over on her blog offering tips on how to keep your food real during the holidays.  This can be a really tough time of year to stick to your real food lifestyle………even for folks who have been eating real food for a while.  I’ve included some practical tips to help.  Make sure you hop over to her blog and leave a nice comment so Gaye knows you were there.

Real Food through the holidays

Then, come back later this week and Gaye will be guest posting here.  She is sharing great tips on how to manage the chaos that is the holidays so that we can all have a CalmHealthySexy holiday season.  I tease her all the time that I just want to be at least one of those.  If you haven’t read Gaye’s blog yet, you really should. I get so much from her blog. She really is the secret to my success.  She keeps me energized and motivated to live “the life I (you) really want.”

I can’t wait to hear from you. Leave me a comment here and I invite you to join the fun on our various social media. Just join us by using the various buttons at the top of the page. Lots more recipes, tips and fun to be had by all! If you are new to the blog……..I invite you to check out our Weekly Challenges. This is a great systematic way to to eat more of a Real Food diet and eliminate processed food. This is the approach my family took to overhauling our diet. Remember……small changes can create dramatic changes to your overall health. Good luck!

OK…………..get going!  It’s time to jump over to CalmHealthySexy.

Great suggestions Christina. I think I really do forget about real food on the holidays. I always justify that it is just for the occasion. But it can' t be everyday. Glad I read this today.

We must eat real food as much as we can. As the post about eating real food for your hair, I'm sure that not eating real foods have an effect on our internal organs that we just don't even realize. Thanks for sharing and linking up with Countdown in Style!
