Great suggestions Christina. I think I really do forget about real food on the holidays. I always justify that it is just for the occasion. But it can' t be everyday. Glad I read this today.
We must eat real food as much as we can. As the post about eating real food for your hair, I'm sure that not eating real foods have an effect on our internal organs that we just don't even realize. Thanks for sharing and linking up with Countdown in Style!
