Zero To Hero Nutrition E-Book: How To Actually Get Your Kids To Eat Healthy Food

My friend Christina Kamp (love her name) over at Little Sprouts Learning has a new E-book out today that is going to be a fantastic resource for so many families.  First, a little about why I am so thrilled to discover Christina’s book.  I always find it amusing when I find out that my friends and family think that my children must be different than their children because I choose to feed them a real food diet.  What I mean by this is that I have heard over and over, “We couldn’t eat healthy food like that because my kid doesn’t like…….”  Fill in the blank there.  Well guess what?  My kids are super picky too.  I bet my list of “don’t likes” could rival your list.  I didn’t deliver children into the world that have a predisposition to eat healthy foods.  They are just regular kids.  Kids that are just like yours.  Instead of giving up on healthy eating, I have decided to give Christina’s book a try.

Christina is an expert on kids and their picky eating.  She has cared for over 82 children in 22 years of running a home daycare program.  She says that she has met “some of the pickiest kids ever!”  Not only does she provide good advice in this book, but she also is a kind friend providing encouragement.  She says, ” It takes some work and creativity, but you CAN change the eating habits, at least some, of any child.  You can be a Nutrition Hero!”

Christina has put together 7  comprehensive chapters of tips and advice in her Zero to Hero Nutrition book.  All of the information you need………all in one place.  This book is so much more than that though.  Christina discusses how to deal with sensory issues, portion control, and cooking with kids. There are also plenty of recipes, menus, shopping lists and more.

Christina’s Zero To Hero Nutrition E-book  is listed on Amazon today (June 22nd) for only $2.99!  After today the price goes up to $9 which is still totally affordable. When it comes to keeping my kids healthy, I’m willing to spend a whole lot more than $9.00 so it is totally a no-brainer!  The book’s resources include:

  • Dozens of kid-tested healthy recipes
  • 4 weeks of healthy meal plans
  • 4 weeks of shopping lists
  • 8 weeks of step-by-step instructions for changing your family’s diet. (Just like our Real Food Experience challenges!)

Make sure you grab Christina’s Zero To Hero Nutrition E-book now before the price goes up.  Quit pulling your hair out in frustration and get the resources that will really make a difference for your family.
